Continuuing the plethora of electronic music coming out of Australia at the moment is this release from “Scholar”. The debut track “Skin” from Brisbane’s newest electronic project has all the shimmery synth work you need in a slower dance jam. The track has more than its fair share of rugged synth bass, warm synth pads and smooth sampled vocals to keep the vibes continuing right to the end. The duo, comprised of Luke Cuerel and Nick Kirk, are bandmates from electronic rock band Pigeon, and bring their more synth inclined disco vibes to this new project.
