[VIDEO] Kimbra: 90s Music

Yesterday I ate at a restaurant that was blaring '90s hits from the likes of Boyz II Men, TLC, and Blackstreet. It was a little confusing for the lunchtime crowd of bankers I was surrounded by, but I was all about it. I mean hello childhood! I think Kimbra knows exactly what I mean. Her video for "90s Music" is a visual assault of colors, patterns, and bizarre green screen antics in the best kind of way. It's a Lisa Frank folder meets Missy Elliot video meets trippy PBS show for children. I very much enjoy and appreciate her use of collage wallpaper and a green screen tank top. It's a tender homage to a wonderful decade that is truly back in a big way.
