Ella Vos: You Don't Know About Me
She's right. I don't. But after listening to her latest single, I'd like to. I'm borderline considering buying a BFF bracelet to present to Ella Vos. Imagine having her around each year to sing "Happy Birthday" to you, or Christmas to "Deck The Halls" with, or even NYE to cheers her drunkenly while scream-singing Auld Lang Syne together. I should clarify, I'm not talking one of those acrylic beads on a cotton wax cord bracelets, or one where a heart is broken into two. I'm talking Kylie Jenner status with Cartier 'Love' bracelets stacked up our wrists so high we can't bend at the elbow. How's that for commitment?
My ridiculousness aside, "You Don't Know Me" is my new anthem and will take the top slot of our Spotify playlist come Friday morning. You should follow it now here. Up on a pedestal where it belongs. While the song has a much deeper meaning, we like to keep things light and fluffy at KKS, respectfully. But I tell you what, it's refreshing to stumble upon such a talented artist with such a strong voice, musically and otherwise. 10 out of 10.
