“This track speaks about loss/pain, and how we all deal with it differently to one another, and find different ways to come to terms with what we’re experiencing. It’s saying that whatever you need to do to feel good again, and however much time you need to take, then that’s what you should do. We can often be hard on or compare ourselves to how others are dealing with things, but in the end we need to ‘get a little kind’ to ourselves and do things on our own terms to ‘get right’ again.”
