"Days Upon Days" gives the same sumptuous feels that overwhelmed me the first time seeing Florence And The Machine on stage at Coachella. It took every ounce of composure to not rush the stage, steal her tambourine and shake it with all my might. While Alexis Marsh of DYAN shares delightful frontwoman comparisons, the band no doubt is trailblazing a path all their own with infectious singalong melodies and chord progressions that burrow deep. More often than not, a band's overall appeal is usually greater than the sum of its parts, but in the case of DYAN, sounds like each member stands equally tall giving their collective impact an almost unfair advantage.
