Have ya'll met Frankie yet? If not, here are the cliff notes. Frankie is a darling LA-based songwriter/pop star on the rise. Her soon to be released debut EP, Dream State, was inspired by West Coast living. I know what you're thinking... another album about sunshine and California? Come on, it's not that great. Well, my friends I have to disagree. It's fucking awesome here. Just check your instagram feed for weather reports from your LA buds. We out here sun tanning and stuff in March. Do I want to listen to a happy, dancey pop song while I'm at it? Hell yeah.

"New Obsession" is a great tune. The hook is real catchy and Frankie's vocals are killer. If you're an adult human who secretly or publicly shakes a tail feather to One Direction, Carly Rae Jepson, or Bridgit Mendler you're going to love this song.
