Best Of 2014: EP/LP

Each song on BØRNS' 'Candy EP' is better than the next! This is one of the only instances where I truly like every song by an artist. -Robbie

Few albums have come close to Typefighter’s debut LP 'The End Of Everything' this year. It’s no secret I’m a huge fan of the DC band, but the record took it one step further. Flawless songwriting and pop melodies over a mature punk flavored sound made for a record that’s as honest as it is infectious. “Bad Cop,” “Much,” and “You When You’re Older” are all standouts. -Caleb

Anushka's debut LP 'Broken Circuit' showcases a number of incredibly soulful electronic tracks including their singles "Kisses," “Mansions” and “Atom Bombs”, with Victoria Port’s sweet vocals alongside Max Wheeler’s expertly playful blending of jazz inflected beats it's the perfect recipe. -Brent
