No Doubt: Hella Good (Dr. Fresch's Summer Revival Remix)
With six studio albums from the group and two solo albums from the band's front-lady Gwen (who seems to bathe daily in the fountain of youth), the No Doubt re-works and remixes should be coming out the wazoo. It's been over 12 years since they released the track "Hello Good" and, thankfully, LA-based DJ/producer Dr. Fresch helps us "keep on dancing" with his Summer Revival Remix of the Top 40 hit.
Dr. Fresch's out-of-this-world remix feels like a cosmic dance party, perfect for our summer playlists. The mix strays from the Jamaican dancehall sound of the band's album Rock Steady and becomes reminiscent of the house/club music of the late-90s and early-2000s, layered with some original saxophone work.
