Bixel Boys: Empire

Bixel Boys triumphantly return to sweat it all out with the highly anticipated 'Empire EP.' While this year has seen a slew of remixes from the LA duo, this release marks the boys' first original work of 2014.

The 'Empire EP' takes the Bixel-coined #BigRoomUnderground sound to a whole new level, bringing it to an arena scale. The rhythmic marching cadence of the drums is empowered by the swelling synths that rise throughout the track before plummeting into throbbing bass, sure to set off clubs and festivals alike all summer. If Black December was "hard," then Empire is "heavy."
