[PREMIERE] Erik Hassle: Talk About It (Basecamp Remix)

And just like that Basecamp is back. Just a few months after releasing their own EP, and a few days after signing with Dr. Luke's publishing company, The Nashville based production trio bring us a billowing, fog-soaked rendition of Erik Hassle's Talk About It that we're extremely proud to premiere. Twittering percussion, hyper-vibrato synthesis, and quavering 808's are steam-pressed and tied together in this 3 minute sonic experience, which is accompanied by a beautiful video remix. And whether pitched down into rumbling low bass or formant twisted high end, Hassle's vocal lines - full of soul and insight - find their way into nooks and crannies that hit in all the right places. It's no wonder the Doc wanted a piece of this sonic pie.
