With a title like "Day Spa," you have my attention, Eduardo Muchacho. Normally, I skip instrumental tracks but since getting a mani-pedi-massage isn't in the cards right now, I'm gonna let this serve as my six minute and forty-two second me-break. On Instagram, does anyone else get those ads about meditating? Some calming image of a leaf dewdrop-speckled with a soothing rain stick being turned upside-down in the distance? Close your eyes for five minutes, it says. Is Mother Nature trying to tell me something?
