Emerson Leif & Golden Vessel: Hesitate

In his debut, Brisbane artist Emerson Leif pleads “tell me that your love is a sure thing.” So basically “Hesitate” is the equivalent to what’s playing inside my head on a 24-hour loop. The difference is that my insecurity doesn’t come with a side of hypnotizing rhythms and acoustic guitar loops like co-producer Golden Vessel helped provide here. Nope, just exhaustive ughs and soft screams which lands on the opposite side of the meditative spectrum. In any case, the moral of this story is to explore life’s greatest philosophies and keep searching. And do so untill you stop asking is someone else’s love is a sure thing.
