Batten down the hatches as Norwegian producer Limbic Void's "The Alternative Life" surges into prominence. The song, accompanied by Danish singer Iben Bjørg Anton, is a rogue sonic wave about to make one helluva splash. It's dark, ethereal soundscapes like these that can replenish when washing over you, but sometimes will emotionally wipe you out. This one's doing a little of both for me combining just the right amount of celestial and infernal to keep the smile and smirk in me undivided.
