Self awareness is such an important personality trait. Being in on the joke is one of the most crucial parts of being an artist in 2017 since everyone's entire lives are on constant public display. Thankfully for Chris Jobe, every line in his stellar debut, "Thank You Internet", is said with a wink.

"..Internet" is the grand debut for Chris' self-proclaimed "Sarcastically Happy Pop"; it's a side-eye to the way we consume culture and the lives around us. Jobe is a bright light in the already buzzing Nashville pop ecosystem, and this song is his way of escaping the bubble that our digital spaces have fostered. This self-produced snapshot into Jobe's world is brazenly brave and we cannot wait to see what trend gets the middle finger next.
