When we asked what "Trigger" was about, the singer had this to say:

"It's about cigarettes actually. Hahahaha. But I used it in a metaphor using it like a woman who you know is a terrible decision to keep in your life and you have the ability to leave it (pull the trigger) at any given time. But you can't seem to do it because the drama is stimulating and exciting. So you stick around just to see what happens."
