This morning I almost fell into the midweek blues deep end. I woke up wrapped snug like a down comforter burrito atop my brand new Tempur-Pedic mattress with my dog at my feet. As great music does, it took all of one minute after pushing play on "Without You," the new collaborative track from Lil Texas and VenessaMichaels, before it felt like a pure shot of adrenaline had consumed me. Did I just drink a gallon-sized cup of coffee? An Adderall smoothie? Something, cause I'm fully buzzed and ready to save the world, write a full dissertation on you name it, and plant a forest of trees all while running a marathon.
