I was Mr. lazy-bones-JONES this morning indulging in my new Tempur-Pedic mattress. This Joe Hertz remix is a close second if we're talking about the type of comfort I deserve.

BØRNS - American Money (AWAY Remix)

Seems like I've been living in a dream ever-since my Q&A with BØRNS leading up to this year's Coachella. It's been a series of GIF-filled texts, shared gossip and late night talks about "American Money" and such. Not really, but nothing like a killer remix from AWAY to distract everyone from my ridiculousness.

LÉON - Tired Of Talking (Young Bombs Remix)

I'd also be "Tired Of Talking" if a LÉON remix by Young Bombs was part of the equation. There are few producers who can take a perfectly orchestrated original and successfully nudge it out of the nest. And boy does this one have me speechless while listening to it soar!

Anderson .Paak - XXL Freestyle (Louis Futon Bootleg)

I'm not sure I'm cool enough to put words to this one. The combination of Anderson .Paak and Louis Futon is the equivalent to walking into a party, the music comimg to a screeching stop, while all heads swing towards your direction. At that moment, all cocktails raise to the ceiling accompanied by a loud "SURPRISE!" cause it's your surprise party and you just arrived early catching them off guard. In other words, this remix of "XXL Freestyle" is making me free like it's my birthday.

Zara Larsson - Lush Life (Damian Harrison Remix)

Full disclosure: I love everyone above. All great remixes chock-full of personality and winners in my book. That said, if I was in a club with an itch to dance all night long, this remix by Damian Harrison of "Lush Life" by Zara Larsson is all the fuel I'd need. Is that sweat or did I just spill a series of cocktails on me on the dance floor? Probably both.
