Morgxn: Love You With The Lights On

The first time we heard about newcomer, morgxn was through Zane Lowe's @beats1 show. Zane handpicked the premiere for "love you with the lights on" two weeks ago. We have spent some time spinning this track since then and have been loving every minute of it. The song is a sensual eruption in ways that make you want to toss and turn in bed, the right way. At first, we were unaware if we were listening to a female or male with the falsetto tones in the song, which is extremely fascinating. Lyrically, the message of the song could be taken in so many ways, but in light of current events it really presents a more cerebral interpretation of what love is and how to fully express it. Being completely conscious of how to love and how to fiercely acknowledge that love is love is love is love... even with the lights on. We look forward to catching morgxn live at the Bootleg Theatre in LA on June 28th.
