Some artists don't need shiny bells and whistles to sell themselves. In Billie Eilish's case, she's rocking her debut music video for "Ocean Eyes" with simply a purple backdrop, a fog machine, and some hand paint, and seemingly doesn't even those elements to grasp your attention. As we reported back in November, this song is just a great, nuanced tune. It’s just pretty and simple and all about Billie’s fairy tale voice, and her own pair of ocean eyes.
