Philco Fiction: Runimals

Philco Fiction June 17 0:00-1:41: If Business Casual were a music genre, Oslo duo Philco Fiction would come up first in a Google search. Their latest memo comes in the form of "Runimals," a self-described "gospel jam" with a slow walk into a crowded conference room, light whispers and shuffling papers start to fade.

1:42-3:50: Meeting is in full swing. Organ chords slam down, lifting singer Turid Alida’s something-to-say way up as if across a loud speaker. Eyes widen, horn sections tighten. Those who came unprepared sing in union, “I keep thinking about running,” but the sanguine melody is paralyzing.
