[PREMIERE] KLP Feat. Remi: Recover
What can't KLP do? Producer, songwriter, vocalist, DJ, radio host, ninja...okay, the last one isn't confirmed but something tells me her studio doubles as a dojo. With cuts like "Recover," I mean you're literally facing the kind of vocal jabs, swift kicks and bass-driven punches with the kind of impact that Extra Strength Tylenol can't even relieve. And if the R&B-infused drum n' bass wasn't enough to show KLP's aptitude for pushing the boundaries, be ready to just hand over your entire life savings and surrender yourself unworthy when MC Remi chimes in with a few things to say - and in florescent fashion.
Without further ado, as I need to book a one-way flight to Sydney and become KLP's fan club president, feast your ears on these incredible sounds that will have you refreshing the GIGS tab on her Facebook in the hope that she'll be bringing her energetic live show to a city near you and soon.
"I’ve always wanted to write a revenge song... but one that ends in the idea of not being angry anymore, but almost feeling sorry for the person who did you wrong because you understand that they must have some deep dark issues! So it’s revenge in the form of “hey, I don’t even care any more, I’m better off and stronger now, and I even wish you well” - KLP
