LOREN: Runaways

LOREN When I was 15 years old I was probably watching The New Mickey Mouse Club and likely an embarrassment to my family and anyone else within a 5-mile radius who could hear me singing along. Well, LOREN is quite the opposite of me at 15. She's more on the Justin-Britney-Christina side of things with incredible talent and a name deserving to be up in lights on a giant marquee. Her debut single "Runaways" showcases the young teen perfectly, with a moody, sonic landscape framing her seemingly soft singing ability. Without question, LOREN is well beyond her years and has already exercised the hair from my arms through her music's chilling harmonies. I'm excited to see what unfolds - her debut EP, The Dare is scheduled for release October 16th, 2015.
