Moiré Pop: Goodbyes
This song 100% found me. A complete sneak attack by Moiré Pop but I'm playing things cool. "Goodbyes" takes me back to the late 80s when coming of age flicks like Can't Buy Me Love and Ferris Bueller helped me navigate through my preadolescence years. I remember my older sister covered in acid-washed denim, her hair was permed, and she'd always be lip-syncing with her girlfriends as they got ready before hitting the mall. Perhaps I'm feeling some nostalgia for times when I had to worry about was avoiding my stupid sister's teenaged antics. Funny how songs can trigger memories - I'm not mad at it. Not at all. If this was Star Search, I'd make Ed McMahon give this track FOUR STARS!
