Ørka: Tell Me ft. Brian Bibb

In the era of social media, it’s easy for world-renowned DJs to define themselves with their tweets, Instagram pictures, and Facebook likes but it takes guts for an artist to let their music speak for itself. When I stumbled across Ørka, it was like a breath of fresh air, as the only defining characteristics that I could find about the talented producer, other than his hometown of Miami, was six songs he uploaded on his Soundcloud. All it took was one listen through his track, “Tell Me,” and I was sold. This kid is the real deal and “Tell Me” has it all. Beautiful, yet melancholic at the same time, Ørka’s brilliant synth patterns and stunning saxophone riffs are elevated by Brian Bibb’s haunting vocals for a downright gorgeous song.
