Marian Hill: Wasted

Marian Hill is Jeremy Lloyd (production/songwriting) and Samantha Gongol (vocals/songwriting). "Wasted" is My Jam. Although from what I'm gathering from my first listen is that "You're wasted on me" is misleading as hell. At first I was like, chin up Marian Hill. You are worth it. But now I'm switching gears - is "wasted on me" like "drunk on love"? As in the total opposite essentially confidence in the first degree. I'm going to settle on the latter. And if that's the case, I'm wasted on that drum pattern. Or maybe it's super literal like someone really drunk just fell on top on me. Probably not though.
