ILOVEMAKONNEN: Tuesday (The Golden Pony Remix)

Brooklyn-based producers The Golden Pony exploded onto the scene in mid-2013 amidst a flurry of bootleg remixes of popular electronic artists, and have since made a name for themselves with their series of original remixes, showcasing their forward-thinking house style.

As a precursor to their first original single slated to be released February of this year, their latest offering is a groovy future house remix of ILOVEMAKONNEN’s hit single “Tuesday.” The track is characterized by a deep, whomping bass line that you can’t help but move to, and classic garage synths laden throughout. The duo said, “We wanted to keep the original chorus of the song in tact so people would have something to sing along with, and then smash them in the face with a huge thick bass in the drop.” Enjoy the track below and pick up a free download here
