10933727_575655002570417_1002692994039615172_n Step Rockets returned home last October from their tour with K. Flay to find a new wardrobe of skin-tight plastic body suites. Otherwise known as Zentai, the PVC suites were used in the making of a new music video for their single, Phantom Flower. It's a modernly psychedelic video that is artistically animated and chalk full of futuristic green-screen glory. After lead singer Josh Von Mink discovered that his neighbor, Pat Garrahy, was the former Editor of Marvel and D.C. Comics, the two began to brainstorm. Pat shot and produced the video with the band in a matter of two months with the help of their friends and neighbors. Enter a world of carbon space cubes and 80's MTV music video influence. We are also excited for the next single from Step Rockets this February titled "Turning Tides".
