Pep and Rash Rumors Last month, one of the Netherland's hottest emerging acts, Pep & Rash, caused quite a stir with their latest single that was initially unveiled as an "ID," which had listeners speculating that it was produced by Oliver Heldens or Tchami. However, we now know that the "ID" that is now titled, "Rumors," did in fact come from this Dutch duo - the same one that brought us "Fatality."
