Royal: Passenger

At odds with the prevailing trend for soundscape and wafting ambience, Royal is, as the names suggests, about illustrious rhythms, dreamy synths, and fluid basslines. This is the world of Imad-Roy El-Amine through an emotional lens, the sense of Washington DC after dark pervades the song. “Passenger” is direct but, we would add, devastatingly effective - a combination of rawness and strong melodic sensibility.
