josh Josh Congress is the alter-ego of Kid Scissor, an indie-pop project out of Austin, TX. Josh Congress is the emotionally investigative, raw counterbalance to Kid Scissor’s unabashed pop sound. As a songwriter, Josh Ben, the artist behind both projects, finds it extremely rewarding to be able to explore both spaces, rather than merge the two. Much more to come.
