Step Rockets: Phantom Flower

PhantomFlowerCover Minneapolis-based indie pop band, Step Rockets, announce the release of their next single, Phantom Flower. The danceable new track explores the emotional phrase, "till death do us part". Since the release of "Kisser", two of the members of the band have become engaged to their longtime partners; a perfect time to reflect on the great cycle of life, love, death, and the meaning of forever. The theme is accentuated by spooky synths and grinding bass that pave the way for another signature smash chorus that redeems us from the despair of inevitable death. This new release shows the band growing into a more mature and polished sound, while maintaining their signature catchy synths in a layer-cake of dance grooves. Phantom Flower sees the band collaborating with local powerhouse producer, Lance Conrad (Van Stee, Caroline Smith, Rogue Valley), whose psychedelic flair and attention to detail work seamlessly with the Step Rockets anthemic synth rock sound.
