These guys are songwriters down to the core. Nevermind their pristine production or the sizzling hot arrangement stylizations, what we have here are bonafide songwriters.
And don't get me wrong - I'm saying that as high praise. Far too many producers, bands, and artists put production and tone sculpting above songwriting. And it shows.
