Dorothy: Wild Fire
I've said it before and I'll say it again. I don't like rock n' roll. Really, I don't. But there's something about Dorothy that is absolutely electrifying. They have quite literally changed my mind about a genre over the past few months. (Really, I even listened to Motley Crue recently, guys. That's a lot for me.) So if you're not familiar with this explosive LA band, you should be. We first covered them when their tune After Midnight made major waves. And here I am today, completely jubilant, because they're back with a new tune Wild Fire. The title is fitting, as the song is an explosive mixture of sizzling hookiness, dirt soaked guitars, and buzzing halfstacks that I can't seem to get enough of. And with 2 songs strong from Dorothy, we can't even wait to see what's next. Check Wild Fire, along with After Midnight after the jump.
Keep your eyes on these guys. I'm calling it now. There's something brilliant here.
