Moullinex: Love Magnetic EP

Portugal's Moullinex displays his innate ability to fuse together a rich vein of musicality and originality with his new EP, 'Love Magnectic." The title track is a summer party anthem and the epitome of Moullinex's signature sound. A heavy bassline. A forward beat. Some jazz chords and Luis Clara Gomes' inimitable sweet and deep singing round out the recording. The B-side, "Time and Tide" is disco gone psychedelic. Nicely roughshod percussive rattles and synth blasts come in low, as the melody shines up top.
