Max Frost: White Lies (The Soundmen Remix)

The Soundmen are back to kick off summer with a little something special. They bicoastal duo were asked to remix Max Frost's massive track 'White Lies' and too the chance to craft something different and unexpected for their first official remix via Atlantic Records. I had a little chat with Scott from The Soundmen and he gave me a little insight on their direction. "Taking inspiration from the darker RnB sounds of The Weeknd and Bear//Face, we gave the song a complete rework to bring out the blues elements and darker atmospherics of the song."

The new remix will be out on June 3rd as part of the White Lies EP with remixes from Louis La Roche, The Tailors and Not No. I have been given on very good authority that this is just the first of A LOT of new music from the Seattle/Brooklyn duo this summer. So stayed tuned.
