G R A D E S: Freedom

South London producer, songwriter and DJ, G R A D E S, debuted his first original track yesterday called "Freedom" as part of Annie Mac’s Free Music Monday series. The extended 12” version of the track is now available to purchase on Beatport.

Again playfully swinging between the past and the present, G R A D E S has crafted another calling card for his talents with an upbeat house track that is artfully built around a vocal hook that has been reconstructed from Jill Scott’s "Golden" – the original of which was a highlight of her 2004 album 'Beautifully Human: Words and Sounds Vol. 2.'
