Inky Jack: Freedom
If you haven't met Inky Jack already, you should. The two-man beat team have a knack for musical sonics. Drawing from roots in rock, reggae, and electronica, this duo has been providing one-drop electro guitar beats for many moons from their Brooklyn hideaway.
But their newest tune, "Freedom," is something a little bit different. After the release of their self-titled EP, the two Brooklyn beatmakers have been hard at work honing into their darkwave dub side, and the result is absolute downplayed bliss. Shrouded synths, and a reverb-dipped backdrop make for a track that we can't help but push replay on. I don't think Freedom is something anyone gets on a Monday morning, but this is, without a doubt, the closest we'll be getting anytime soon. Listen, and keep listening, below!
