Odessa: I Will Be There

It all sparked one day with a Subaru commercial and a dream... that's how the story of Odessa could start to be written, if this was a playbook. However, "I Will Be There" is so much more than a track from a commercial. Albeit, the first time I heard it was from a fellow songwriter who heard it from the commercial, I just can't stop pressing play over and over since that point. YES, she will garner comparisons to the likes of Ellie Goulding, Lana Del Rey, and other chanteuse-vocalists, but she is an original. This past week she introduced a simple black and white visual to go along with her soulful sounds & got exclusive love from Nylon magazine in the process. Not a bad place to start a campaign & this should give us all a clear perspective on this young diva-in-the-making.
