LIZ: Y2K
I've been enamored with everything LIZ has touched since I first heard her tune "Hush" last May. So when I heard she had a new release out there was no doubt in my mind that I'd be head over heels love for it. Frolicking 90's production, brilliant spiraling melodies, and a bunch of those crazy water droplet samples are sprinkled all throughout this romping throwback tune. And the best of all? There's more coming very soon. Her forthcoming EP, Just Like You, is due out February 27th through Mad Decent.
I don't know about all of you - but I'm clearing the entire day to throw myself a little LIZ party.
