Ki:Theory's "Open Wound" is a haunting gem of a track just in time for Halloween! Burleson says, "On this track I wanted to up the intensity with the vocal delivery - use more of my chest voice as opposed to the breathy head voice found elsewhere on the record. The verses are quick and syncopated but there is a definite melody...Think Axel Rose on 'Welcome To The Jungle.' Hopefully listeners will hear this song and think 'this is a voice I haven't heard before…'"
