The original has an amazing blend of deep house and incredible groove with a vocal that's unusual for a dance song in that it works in more of a traditional verse/hook/verse pop structure. As a producer who's largely influenced by mainstream pop and electro, Edwards thought it would be interesting to take the vocal in an entirely new direction, infusing it with guitars, piano, and the cut up electro-pop sound he's become known for this year. The end result is a totally fresh take on the original and one that is as fitting for an end of summer afternoon as it is for peak hour sets in the club.
