While the story is not a new one, most pop songs are made of this, what is new and very exciting is to see this familiar tale told with two men at the center of the whirlwind. In an interview with OUT Eli says: “I didn't set out to make a righteous statement with this video. I always live my life completely authentically without any fear of what others might think. I find true happiness comes with that kind of honest acceptance of oneself. It just so happens that one of my many characteristics is that I am gay. When it came time to shoot a video to this love song, I of course had stay true to who I am in order to tell that story: I didn't flinch for a second. I hope that this video will help other people live their lives to the fullest: never out of fear and always toward love.”

The video tells the story of that feeling you have to be near that new boy or girl friend all the time with a gentle sweetness, not with over the top sexual innuendo or self-deprecating stereotypes. Playfully showing the kinetic force that pulls you together like magnets. The video owes a lot of its effortlessness to casting Eli's actual core group of friends enjoying a memorable summer together.
